• As handmade items, slight variations are normal and part of their charm

Pricing

• All prices are in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable
• Prices may change without notice, but orders will be charged at the price displayed when placed
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors

3. Orders and Payment

Placing Orders

• Orders are subject to acceptance and availability
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order
• A contract is formed when we confirm your order via email
• You are responsible for ensuring order details are correct

Payment

• Payment must be made at the time of ordering
• We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, and Link
• All transactions are processed securely via Stripe
• Your card or payment method will be charged when your order is confirmed
• When using digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.), the shipping address and contact details are provided by your wallet. It is your responsibility to ensure these details are correct before confirming payment
• Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout

4. Delivery

Shipping Options

• We deliver to the United Kingdom only
• Standard delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48): Free on orders over £25, otherwise £3.50
• Express delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 24): Free on orders over £40, otherwise £1 upgrade
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
• We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or other postal services

Delivery Address

• It is your responsibility to provide the correct delivery address at checkout. This includes addresses supplied automatically by digital wallets such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Amazon Pay — please check these details carefully before confirming payment
• Once an order has been dispatched, the delivery address cannot be changed
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout

If you notice an error with your delivery address and the order has not yet been dispatched, you may request a cancellation and refund by contacting us at [email protected].

Undelivered or Returned Parcels

If a parcel cannot be delivered (e.g. incorrect address, not collected from a delivery office, or refused), Royal Mail will return it to us. Once we receive the returned parcel, we will:

• Notify you by email
• Issue a refund to your original payment method

If you wish to reorder, you may place a new order with the correct delivery details. We cannot issue refunds or replacements for parcels that are still in transit or awaiting return by Royal Mail.

10. Consumer Rights

These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015. You have the right to receive goods that are as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality.

Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. This 14-day cancellation period begins the day after you receive your order.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. by email to [email protected]). You must then return the goods to us within 14 days of notifying us of the cancellation.

We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. If you chose express delivery, only the standard delivery cost will be refunded, as permitted by the Regulations. 11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
