Made for the office

Designed to be unheard

The fidget toys you find in supermarket bins are designed to be heard. Loud clickers, snap-cubes, ratcheting spinners — they're built for kids' bedrooms and playground bragging rights, not Wednesday's stand-up.

Every Fidget Street product is tested for one-handed use without making a sound your microphone can pick up. Tactile-only worry stones. Smooth-action articulated chains. Quiet-variant clickers that give you the feedback without the snap. Each piece is printed in Kent — nothing dropshipped, nothing mass-produced.

If you're looking for something that won't get you sideways looks across the open plan, won't break in your pocket, and won't cost the earth — you're in the right place.

The Standard

What "office quiet" actually means

Not all "quiet" fidgets are quiet enough. A microphone on a video call picks up everything. A colleague at the next hot desk hears more than you think. We test every product against three thresholds.

Mic-safe

Inaudible at typical laptop microphone distance during a video call. Tactile-only worry stones and articulated fidgets pass. Snap-clickers don't.

Desk-safe

Doesn't clatter, drop, or roll. PLA plastic absorbs more sound than ABS or metal. Designed to live in a drawer or palm, not bounce off a hot desk.

One-handed

Usable without looking, while typing. The other hand stays on the keyboard. The eyes stay on the screen. The brain gets what it needs.

FAQs

Common questions

What makes a fidget toy quiet enough for the office?

A truly office-friendly fidget makes no audible click on a colleague's microphone, no clatter on a hot desk, and no visual distraction. Worry stones, gyro spinners, articulated chains, and quiet-variant clickers all pass that bar. Loud snap-clickers and ratcheting cubes don't.

Are these silent enough for video calls and meetings?

Yes. Tactile-only fidgets like the Worry Waffle, LinkLoop Chain, and Gripz Curve are completely silent. Our clickers offer a 'quiet' variant that produces a soft tactile feedback without an audible snap — fine for video calls, open-plan offices, and shared spaces.

Which fidgets work best at a desk all day?

One-handed fidgets you can use without looking are the most desk-friendly: the LinkLoop Chain for endless smooth motion, the Worry Waffle for thumb-rubbing, the Gyro Spinner for finger spins. These let you keep your eyes on your screen and your other hand on the keyboard.

Are they discreet enough that colleagues won't notice?

Most are pocket-sized and live easily in a desk drawer or palm. Calm pastel colours and minimal shapes mean they look like adult desk objects, not children's toys.

Do you ship outside the UK?

Currently we ship within the UK only. International shipping is on the roadmap — follow us on Instagram @fidget_street for updates.

How long does delivery take?

We usually dispatch within 1–2 working days via Royal Mail. Most UK orders arrive in 2–3 working days. Free UK shipping on orders over £25.

What are the fidgets made from?

PLA (polylactic acid) — a plant-based plastic made from corn. Eco-friendly, non-toxic, and durable. The PLA itself is also part of the silence — it doesn't clack the way ABS plastic and metal parts do.
