We want you to be completely happy with your Fidget Street purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we're here to help.
Return Policy Overview
There are two windows, and it's worth knowing the difference. You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to tell us you'd like to return it. You then have a further 14 days from telling us to actually get it in the post — so up to 28 days in total.
There is one exception, and it's the only one: a clicker you built yourself, position by position, is made to your order and can't be returned because you've changed your mind. It's explained in full further down, and you'll see it on the product page before you add one to your basket. Everything else on the site returns normally.
Please send items back in the condition they reached you. You're welcome to open the parcel and handle a fidget to see what it's like, exactly as you would in a shop — that will never cost you your refund. We only reduce a refund if an item comes back worth noticeably less than it was sent, because it's been used or handled well beyond that.
What Can Be Returned
✓ Eligible for Return
- Anything you've simply changed your mind about, for any reason or none
- Items that arrived damaged or faulty
- Incorrect items (wrong product sent)
- Items you've opened and handled to see what they're like
✗ Not Eligible for Return
- Items you told us about more than 14 days after they arrived
- Clickers you configured yourself — where you chose the texture, the colours and the switch for each cap position. There's a section on this below
- Anything personalised with your own text, name or artwork
Items that come back damaged or clearly used aren't excluded from a refund — but we may reduce the amount to reflect the loss in value. See the note above.
Clickers You Configured Yourself
On a StreetClick you don't pick a finished product off a shelf — you build one. For every cap position you choose a texture, a tile colour, an icon colour and whether that position is clicky or quiet. A Twin has two positions, a Max has six. Once you order, those caps are printed for you in that combination.
So the 14-day change-of-mind right doesn't apply to a clicker you configured. The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 leave out goods made to a customer's own specification, and a set of caps built to your choices is exactly that — it isn't something we can offer to the next person. We say this on the product page while you're choosing, and again in your basket, so it's never a surprise at the end.
Put plainly: on a clicker you configured, we accept returns for faulty, damaged or incorrect items only — not for a change of mind. Everything else in the shop returns under the full 14-day policy above.
It's a narrow exception. It does not cover:
- Fixed designs. Any fidget that comes as it comes, including a clicker with a set design, returns under the normal 14 days — picking a colour we already offer isn't the same as building the thing.
- Anything faulty, damaged, or not what you chose. Those rights are untouched, and a made-to-order item has every one of them. If your caps arrive in the wrong combination, that's our mistake and we'll put it right — see Faulty or Damaged Items below.
One more thing, because we'd rather say it than not: if you've ordered a configured clicker and had second thoughts, email us anyway. If it hasn't reached the printer we'll almost always just cancel it, and if it has, we'd still rather hear from you than leave you with a fidget you don't enjoy. What we can't do is promise that in advance as a right.
How to Return an Item
Contact Us
Email us at [email protected] with your order number. We'll reply with a return number and everything you need to send it back.
Pack Your Items
Wrap the item so it's protected and can't move about inside the parcel. Preferably use the packaging it came in; if you no longer have it, a padded envelope is usually plenty for a fidget and won't affect your refund. Include a note with the return number we gave you.
Ship Your Return
We'll send you the return details when you get in touch — normally an InPost locker, which is cheap and open around the clock. It is essential you use the service requested and the details we provide you for your return.
Receive Your Refund
We aim to refund you within 5-7 business days, and at the latest within 14 days of your parcel reaching us — or of you sending us proof that you've posted it, whichever happens first.
Return Shipping Costs
- Change of mind: Return shipping is at your expense
- Faulty or damaged items: We'll cover return shipping costs
- Wrong item sent: We'll cover return shipping costs
When you cancel within the 14-day window described below, we refund what you paid for the item plus the standard delivery charge on your order. If you chose the express upgrade, we refund the standard rate rather than the upgraded one, which is what the Regulations allow. Outside that window we're not able to refund a change of mind — neither the item nor the delivery. Your rights over goods that are faulty, damaged or not as described are separate from this and last a good deal longer; see below.
Refund Information
Processing Time
- We issue your refund within 5-7 working days of receiving your return, and always within the statutory 14 days
- Funds go back to the payment method you used at checkout
- Your bank or card issuer then takes a further 5-10 working days to show it. That part is out of our hands — if we can see the refund on our side but not yours, it is almost always this
- If the refund is issued soon after the original payment, some banks simply remove the original charge from your statement instead of adding a separate credit. Nothing has gone wrong if you see that
Partial Refunds
We may reduce a refund where an item comes back worth noticeably less than it was sent, because it has been used or handled beyond what you'd need to do to check it. Opening the parcel and trying a fidget is not that, and won't cost you anything. We'll always tell you before deducting, and explain why.
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item or size, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order. This ensures you get your new item as quickly as possible.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty:
- Tell us as soon as you can, and within 30 days of delivery
- Include photos of the damage
- We'll arrange a replacement or full refund
- We'll cover return shipping costs
This is your short-term right to reject under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and it sits alongside the 14-day cancellation right below — you can use whichever suits you. Even after 30 days, you're still entitled to a repair or replacement for goods that aren't of satisfactory quality, so please get in touch either way.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us. We'll work with our shipping partners to locate your package. If it cannot be found, we'll send a replacement or issue a refund.
Incorrect Delivery Address
It is your responsibility to provide the correct delivery address at checkout. This includes addresses supplied automatically by digital wallets such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Amazon Pay — please check these details carefully before confirming your order.
If you notice an error with your delivery address and the order has not yet been dispatched, you may request a cancellation and refund by contacting us at [email protected].
If the order has already been dispatched:
- The delivery address cannot be changed
- We cannot issue refunds or replacements while a parcel is still in transit or awaiting return by Royal Mail
- If the parcel is undelivered and returned to us, we will contact you and issue a refund to your original payment method
- If you wish to reorder, you may place a new order with the correct delivery details
Your Statutory Rights
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. This is separate from our voluntary returns policy above.
That right does not extend to goods made to your own specification or clearly personalised, which is regulation 28(1)(b) of those Regulations. For us that means a clicker you configured position by position, and anything carrying text or artwork you supplied — as set out in Clickers You Configured Yourself above. It changes nothing about faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods, where your rights are the same as on any other order.
If you cancel under this statutory right, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods back — or within 14 days of the day you supply evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is the earlier. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless they are faulty or not as described. For full details, see our Terms & Conditions.
To cancel, just tell us in a clear statement — an email to [email protected] saying you'd like to cancel is perfectly sufficient. You don't have to use the form below, but you're welcome to.
