We're fidget specialists who 3D print our fidgets in-house. Every design is created, tested, and refined by us before it reaches you. You're supporting a small UK business with fast, personal customer service (we reply to emails within 48 hours!) and buying from people who genuinely love fidgets.

Quality materials and thoughtful design. Our fidgets are 3D printed from eco-friendly PLA plant-based plastic, with high-quality clicker switches for the ultimate satisfying click. We focus on satisfying textures and buttery-smooth mechanisms - not cheap plastic that breaks after a week.

Yes! We're a small business based in South East England. All orders ship from the UK, so no surprise customs fees or month-long waits from overseas.

Every single one. We test each design ourselves, with fellow fidget enthusiasts, and with people who have ADHD, autism, and anxiety to make sure they actually help. We check for smooth movement, durability, and noise level - because a fidget that squeaks or breaks isn't helping anyone. If it doesn't feel genuinely satisfying, we don't sell it.

Digital wallets like Apple Pay and Google Pay use the shipping address saved in your wallet settings. Please double-check this is correct before confirming payment, as we ship to whatever address your wallet provides. You can update your default shipping address in your device settings:

• iPhone (Apple Pay): Settings > Wallet & Apple Pay > Apple Pay Defaults > Shipping Address
• Android (Google Pay): Google Pay app > your profile picture > Settings > Shipping address

We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, and Link. At events and markets, we also accept cash. All online transactions are encrypted and secure.

We dispatch orders as fast as possible — occasionally same day, normally next working day, and sometimes within 2 days. Standard delivery uses Royal Mail 2nd class for small fidgets (£1.99–£2.99) or Royal Mail Tracked 48 for larger orders (£3.99) — typically arriving in 2-3 working days after dispatch. Need it faster? Upgrade to Royal Mail Tracked 24 for £1–£2 at checkout — typically 1-2 working days after dispatch. Orders over £40 automatically receive FREE Tracked 24 — no need to select it at checkout. You'll receive tracking information by email once your tracked order ships.

Yes! Orders over £25 get FREE standard delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48). Orders over £40 get FREE Tracked 24. For orders under £25, standard delivery is £1.99–£2.99 for small fidgets shipped by Royal Mail 2nd class, or £3.99 by Royal Mail Tracked 48 for larger orders. Express upgrade to Tracked 24 is £1 from Tracked 48 or £2 from 2nd class.

We currently only ship within the UK. International shipping may be available in the future — sign up to our newsletter to be notified!

Yes! All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48, or Tracked 24 if you choose Express Shipping at checkout. You'll receive an email with your tracking number once your order is dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, the delivery address cannot be changed. If the parcel can't be delivered, Royal Mail will return it to us and we'll issue a refund to your original payment method. You can then place a new order with the correct details. If you spot an address error before dispatch, contact us straight away at [email protected] to request a cancellation.

If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, contact us immediately at [email protected] and we may be able to update it. Once dispatched, the delivery address cannot be changed.

Please allow 5 working days from dispatch. If it still hasn't arrived, contact us at [email protected] and we'll investigate with Royal Mail.

All our fidgets are made from plant-based PLA plastic — derived from renewable plant sources like corn, not petroleum. (PLA is compostable only in industrial facilities, not a home compost bin.)

Warning: our fidgets are not suitable for children under 36 months due to small parts which may present a choking hazard. Adult supervision is recommended. Made from plant-based PLA plastic.

Wipe with a damp cloth to clean. Keep away from extreme heat. Store in a cool, dry place. With proper care, your fidgets will last for years!

A bit of both. We keep our most popular designs ready to ship, and 3D-print anything customisable (like our StreetClick clickers, where you choose the textures and colour) to your order. We dispatch standard items the next working day; built-to-order items typically dispatch within 2 working days. Either way, your tracking email tells you when it's on the way.

Yes — quite often. If you need a colour we don't currently list, or a specific texture combination on a clicker, drop us a line at [email protected]. Most filament colours we have on hand or can source within a few days; full custom designs are case-by-case but we usually try to make them work for charity, school, and event orders.

Honestly: it's plant-based and compostable, but only in industrial compost facilities — not your back-garden bin. PLA is made from corn or sugarcane (no petroleum), and it doesn't release microplastics the way petroleum plastics do as they break down. But "biodegradable" gets used loosely. The realistic claim is: PLA is the lower-impact choice when you need durable plastic, and at end of life it can be returned to industrial compost streams. We use it because it's the best material currently available for handling fidget toys.

All listed prices are the price you pay — no VAT or surprise fees added at checkout. We're a small UK business currently below the VAT registration threshold, so we don't charge VAT and can't issue a VAT receipt. Your order confirmation email is a valid sales receipt for expense or accounting purposes. If you need anything additional for a school, employer or accounting record, email [email protected] with your order number and we'll send a more formal invoice.

We only collect what's needed to fulfil your order: name, address, email, and the order itself. Card details never touch our servers — Stripe processes them. We don't sell or share your data with third parties for marketing. If you sign up to our newsletter, you can unsubscribe with one click from any email — and we'll delete your subscriber record within 30 days. You have 14 days from delivery to tell us you'd like to return something, and 14 more to post it back. You don't need the original packaging and you're welcome to have opened it and tried the fidget — neither costs you your refund. One exception: a clicker you configured yourself, choosing the texture, colours and switch for each cap position, is printed to your order and can't be returned for a change of mind. That doesn't affect anything faulty, damaged or not the combination you chose. Full detail is on our Returns Policy page.

Not if you've simply changed your mind. When you build a StreetClick you choose a texture, a tile colour, an icon colour and a clicky-or-quiet switch for every cap position, and we print those caps to your combination — which the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 treat as goods made to your specification, outside the 14-day cancellation right. You'll see this said on the product page and in your basket before you buy.

Fidgets with a fixed design, including clickers that aren't configurable, return under the normal 14 days. And if a made-to-order clicker turns up faulty, damaged or in the wrong combination, your rights are exactly the same as on any other order — email us and we'll put it right.

We're sorry if this happens! Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.
