Click the tracking link in your email to follow your delivery on the Royal Mail website.
Delivery
Your fidgets will be delivered to your door by Royal Mail. If you're not home, they'll leave a card with instructions.
Delivery Area
We currently deliver to UK addresses only. This includes England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, and the Channel Islands.
If you're outside the UK and would like to place an order, please contact us and we'll do our best to help with a custom quote.
Frequently Asked Questions
When will my order arrive?
Standard orders (usually Royal Mail Tracked 48) typically arrive within 2-3 working days of dispatch. Express orders (usually Royal Mail Tracked 24) typically arrive within 1-2 working days. Delivery times are estimated by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed, though the vast majority arrive within these timeframes.
What if my delivery is late?
If your order hasn't arrived within 5 working days of dispatch, please contact us with your order number. We'll investigate with Royal Mail and arrange a replacement or refund if needed.
Can I change my delivery address?
For security reasons, we can only ship to the address entered at checkout.
If you've made a mistake, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]. If your order hasn't been processed, we may be able to cancel it so you can place a new order with the correct details.
Once an order has been processed or dispatched, we're unable to change the delivery address.
