Return Policy Overview

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return items for a full refund or exchange. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact.

  • Fidget toys in unused condition with original packaging
  • Items that arrived damaged or faulty
  • Incorrect items (wrong product sent)

  • Items damaged by the customer
  • Items returned after 14 days
  • Items without original packaging

How to Return an Item

Contact Us

Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions.

Pack Your Items

Carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging. Include your order confirmation or a note with your order number.

Ship Your Return

Send the package to the address we provide. We recommend using a tracked service. Keep your proof of postage.

Receive Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Change of mind: Return shipping is at your expense
  • Faulty or damaged items: We'll cover return shipping costs
  • Wrong item sent: We'll cover return shipping costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Information

Processing Time

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return
  • Funds will be returned to your original payment method
  • It may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may be issued for items that show signs of use, are missing packaging, or are returned outside the 14-day window (at our discretion).

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item or size, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order. This ensures you get your new item as quickly as possible.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the damage
  • We'll arrange a replacement or full refund
  • We'll cover return shipping costs

Lost or Missing Packages

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us. We'll work with our shipping partners to locate your package. If it cannot be found, we'll send a replacement or issue a refund.

Incorrect Delivery Address

It is your responsibility to provide the correct delivery address at checkout. This includes addresses supplied automatically by digital wallets such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Amazon Pay — please check these details carefully before confirming your order.

If you notice an error with your delivery address and the order has not yet been dispatched, you may request a cancellation and refund by contacting us at [email protected].

If the order has already been dispatched:

  • The delivery address cannot be changed
  • We cannot issue refunds or replacements while a parcel is still in transit or awaiting return by Royal Mail
  • If the parcel is undelivered and returned to us, we will contact you and issue a refund to your original payment method
  • If you wish to reorder, you may place a new order with the correct delivery details

Your Statutory Rights

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. This is separate from our voluntary returns policy above.

If you cancel under this statutory right, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
