We keep the details of your order, including your name, delivery address, email address and phone number, for 10 years after you place it. This applies to orders from our website and from our Etsy shop.

We keep them that long so that we can contact you about a product safety issue, such as a recall, and because a claim about a product can be made for up to 10 years after it was sold. We use these details only for your order and for product safety, never for marketing unless you have separately signed up.

After 10 years we delete your name and contact details. We keep only an anonymous record of what was sold, when, and the area it went to (the first half of the postcode). Other personal information is kept only for as long as it is needed for the reason it was collected, unless the law requires longer.
